Job Responsibilities
✅ Oversee and manage the production floor of a diamond jewelry manufacturing unit.
✅ Handle multiple departments: Filling, Polishing, Setting, Rhodium, and Final QC.
✅ Ensure smooth workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
✅ Maintain high product quality while maximizing output.
✅ Monitor and guide craftsmen with professionalism, ensuring ethical and disciplined practices on the floor.
✅ Resolve daily challenges and ensure cooperation between departments.
✅ Coordinate with management on production schedules and priority orders.
✅ Maintain strict compliance with company standards and transparent work practices.

Requirements
📌 Experience: Minimum 7 years as a Production Supervisor or Production Manager in jewelry manufacturing.
📌 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
📌 Ability to manage deadlines and pressure situations effectively.
📌 Keen eye for detail and quality control at every stage of production.
