1️⃣ Junior Level (Freshers Welcome!)
💬 Languages: Marathi (preferred) & Hindi (must)
(As we deal with candidates from various states, those who only know Hindi can also apply)
Job Role:
1. Handle day-to-day office coordination and activities.
2. Attend incoming calls from candidates and assist them in job search.
3. Record candidate details such as experience, current salary, expected salary, and location.
4. Match candidates with suitable openings from our job database.
5. Follow up with previous callers to check their current job search status.
6. Collect CVs and required documents as per company guidelines.
7. Edit CVs (add company logo, correct formatting/grammar) before forwarding to senior executives.
8. Follow up with candidates post-interview or trial and collect feedback.
9. Maintain regular follow-up with companies regarding job requirements and candidates interview status.
💰 Salary: ₹8,000/month (Freshers). Experienced candidates in a similar role can earn up to ₹18,000/month (including performance bonus).

2️⃣ Executive Level (Experienced)
💬 Languages: Hindi & English (must)
Job Role:
1. Communicate with companies and senior-level candidates.
2. Manage recruitment coordination and follow-ups.
3. Lead and guide the junior recruitment team.
4. Screen CVs and ensure they match client requirements.
5. Coordinate with both clients and candidates for interviews and updates.
6. Onboard new companies and manage relationships.
7. Understand all job designations and company expectations.
8. Update daily job openings and set work priorities for the team.
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience, with potential increments after performance review).
