Job Responsibilities

✅ Handling the production area efficiently
✅ Dealing with workers & craftsmen in a friendly yet professional way
✅ Solving workers’ daily requirements & issues
✅ Pushing production flow as per delivery deadlines
✅ Strong QC knowledge across different stages of production
✅ Handling pressure & understanding workload of seniors
✅ Ensuring maximum production output from the floor
✅ Segregating & distributing bags based on priority
✅ Must be patient, diplomatic, and balanced — sometimes soft, sometimes strong depending on the situation

Requirements

📌 Education: Minimum 12th Pass
📌 Experience: Minimum 5 years as Supervisor in a reputed company
