Hiring: Senior Accountant For Export – SEZ (Gems & Jewellery or Diamond Jewellery Sector)



📍 Location: Seepz, Andheri East, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (as per experience)
🗓 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in SEEPZ / SEZ accounting

Job Responsibilities

✅ Manage complete GST compliance – GSTR1, 3B, 2B, ITC04, audits, refund applications
✅ Handle TDS preparation, payments & returns filing before due dates
✅ Prepare & check Prototype sales, creditors & debtors reports
✅ Maintain & update multiple Excel listings (sales, creditors, debtors, RM purchase)
✅ Record purchase & sales returns in EMR, verify stock movement (factory & bond stock)
✅ Perform Tally entries for imports, purchase, sales & reconciliation with hardcopies
✅ Match sales & purchase records with tally and excel sheets
✅ Prepare debit/credit notes, overtime statements & foreign travel expense summaries
✅ Lodgment of export invoices & maintain proper documentation & filing system
✅ Support EHS compliance – ensure safety & environmental audit standards are followed

Candidate Profile

📌 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Export Accounting & SEZ procedures
📌 Minimum 5 years of experience as Accountant in Gems & Jewelry (Seepz preferred)
📌 Excellent skills in Tally ERP & Excel reporting
📌 Must ensure accuracy, compliance & timely reporting
